Maintenance contracts
A maintenance contract includes attendance once a year to fully check sensors, system coverage, and to detect any damage. Batteries are also tested.
Maintenance and monitoring contracts
In addition to the above, this type of contract also includes remote testing using our sophisticated technology as well as a personal visit from our in-house engineer to thoroughly check the full system.
You can also book an engineer to attend who will respond to check your system within four hours.
We offer four types of monitoring contract depending on your individual preference:
- Bells only
- Alarms with keyholding response for intruder only
- Alarms with keyholding response to panic button activation
- Full police response.
