This offers our customers peace-of-mind alarm response services for a wide range of emergency situations from fire, flood and burglary through to power failure and personal panic alarm activation.
Depending on your requirements, you can opt for a police emergency response service, or instruct us to contact your authorised keyholder if your alarm is activated.
Three alarm systems are available:

- Digital Communicator
- BT Redcare

Dualcom Vodafone
Crime prevention officers and insurance companies recommend this type of system which provides a dual path communication link between your property and our Alarm Receiving Centre.
Digital Communicator
This single path communication link can use either an existing standard analogue line, or an exclusive dedicated outgoing line for greater security.
BT Redcare
BT Redcare offers the same features as Digital Communicator, but with the additional security feature of a line fault warning.
If your alarm system is on a full police-monitored contract we provide a lifetime guarantee as standard.
